GGD AC Low Voltage Distribution Cabinet: IEC/GB certified, up to 3200A capacity & 50kA short-circuit breaking. Fixed wiring design ensures durability, thermal stability, and flexible configurations for industrial power distribution.
The GGD type AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet is exceptionally tailored for power plants, modern electrical substations, industrial factories, high-demand mines, and various power users operating within an AC 50Hz framework. It operates efficiently at a rated working voltage of 380V and accommodates a maximum rated operational current up to 3150A. This cabinet acts as a premier power, lighting, and heavy distribution equipment system designed explicitly for robust power conversion, allocation, and targeted component control.
The GGD product series features high sectional breaking capacities, excellent dynamic and thermal stability parameters, highly flexible power distribution schemes, convenient combinations of series variants, and a high level of real-world practicality. Boasting a novel chassis structure and upgraded protection capabilities, the GGD series fully complies with IEC439 ("Low-voltage complete sets of switchgear and control gear"), GB7251.1 ("Low-voltage complete sets of switchgear"), and associated international industry directives.
Excellent Structural Practicality: Engineered with a rugged, open-access fixed installation framework that guarantees exceptional mechanical endurance and straightforward field operation.
High Sectional Capacity & Stability: Features optimized short-circuit breaking/sectional performance along with superior dynamic and thermal stability under continuous heavy industrial overloads.
Versatile Circuit Configurations: Provides highly flexible circuit combinations and a vast library of wiring schemes tailored perfectly for factory power, infrastructure lighting, and plant distribution applications.
Full Regulatory Alignment: Fabricated in comprehensive adherence to international IEC439 and national GB7251.1 standards to secure reliable, compliant grid integration.

Ambient Air Temperature: Engineered for optimal indoor functionality within a surrounding air temperature span from -5°C up to +40°C. The strict average temperature monitored over a 24-hour window must not exceed +35°C.
Altitude Constraints: Tailored specifically for indoor industrial configurations where the geographical altitude of the final installation site does not exceed 2000 meters above sea level.
Atmospheric Humidity: At a peak ambient temperature of +40°C, the relative humidity must not cross 50%. Higher relative humidity levels are safely tolerated at lower ambient baselines (e.g., 90% relative humidity at +20°C). Plant designers must account for occasional solidification/condensation effects resulting from sudden indoor temperature variations.
Installation Tilt Alignment: To preserve mechanical wiring balancing, the vertical inclination slope of the equipment frame upon final installation must not exceed 5%.
Vibration & Environment: Enclosures must be anchored securely in structured bays completely free from violent mechanical shaking, sudden impact shocks, or localized atmospheric pollution capable of causing severe chemical corrosion to sensitive electrical components.
Custom Operational Requests: For site conditions falling outside these standardized limits, special user arrangements can be dynamically negotiated and resolved directly with the manufacturer.

Selecting a premium fixed distribution cabinet ensures outstanding structural dependability and long-term cost optimization for factory main lines and plant grids. JNCN Power brings exceptional quality control and specific engineering enhancements to the GGD Series through the following key pillars:
Optimized Structural Robustness: Our GGD cabinets feature a reinforced welded sheet chassis and standardized component layout configurations, eliminating mechanical warp under severe seismic or short-circuit shock environments.
Precision Short-Circuit Sectional Tolerances: Explicitly engineered to reliably handle heavy-duty current flows, the GGD3 configuration easily clears grid faults with a massive rated short-circuit breaking capacity up to 50kA and a peak withstand capability of 105kA.
Superior Thermal Layout Design: By positioning ventilation pathways and component spacing strategically, JNCN GGD enclosures optimize natural thermal dissipation channels, significantly minimizing hot-spot formation across operations up to 3200A.
Highly Functional and Cost-Efficient Service Life: The simple, fixed-wiring architecture offers maximum hardware reliability and exceptionally low maintenance criteria over decades of service, safeguarding your industrial facilities with unmatched ROI.
