The MNS low voltage draw-out switchgear offers an advanced modular solution for power systems up to 660V. Engineered for safety and high busbar capacities up to 5000A, it delivers reliable power control for land infrastructure, offshore platforms, and nuclear plants.
The MNS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as low-voltage switchgear) is a re-registered product of our company, which is improved in the selection of electrical components and the structure of cabinet by combining with the development trend of low-voltage switchgear in China. The electrical and mechanical properties of this product fully meet the technical requirements of the original MNS products. This low-voltage switchgear is suitable for AC 50-60Hz, rated working voltage 660V and the following power systems, as power generation, transmission, distribution, power conversion and power consumption equipment control. In addition to general land use, this switchgear can also be used in offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants after special treatment. This low-voltage switchgear meets IEC439, VDE0660 part 5, GB7251-87 "low-voltage switchgear" standard and JB/T9661 "low-voltage withdrawable switchgear" industry standard.
Advanced Safety and Reliability: Built to prevent electrical faults and structural vulnerabilities by utilizing premium grade components and high-strength enclosures that fully comply with IEC and GB global safety standards.
Flexible Draw-out Framework: Features highly standardized withdrawable units (drawers) that facilitate safe, quick replacement and modifications without completely shutting down the entire electrical board.
Excellent Ambient Adaptation: Optimized for standard industrial layouts as well as high-vibration and corrosive conditions like maritime platforms and safety-critical nuclear environments.
High Core Current Carrying Performance: Capable of handling massive main busbar currents up to 5000A, maintaining low thermal output and superb structural endurance during prolonged operations.
Ambient Air Temperature: Not higher than +40°C, not lower than -5°C, and its average temperature is not higher than +35°C in 24h.
Atmospheric Conditions: Clean air, relative humidity not exceeding 50% at a maximum temperature of +40°C, higher relative humidity permitted at lower temperatures, e.g. 90% at +20°C, but temperature variations should be taken into account and condensation may occur occasionally.
Altitude: Up to 2000m.
Storage Conditions: Adaptable to transport and storage processes at temperatures between -25°C and +55°C. For a short period of time (not exceeding 24h) up to +70°C. The device should not be subjected to any irrecoverable operation at these extreme temperatures and should function normally under the above conditions.
