XGN2-12 Box-Type Fixed AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear is an ultra-reliable, field-proven power distribution solution engineered for high-frequency operations within medium-voltage distribution systems. It is primarily designed for accepting and distributing electrical energy in 12kV three-phase AC 50Hz single-busbar grids. The system is exceptionally well-suited for single-busbar systems with a bypass and double-busbar layouts. Additionally, JNCN Power provides a specialized high-altitude variant (XGN2-12(G)) engineered for reliable operations in mountainous or plateau regions.
The switchgear fully satisfies the requirements of national and international design criteria including GB3906 and IEC298. It incorporates an advanced, mechanical "Five-Proof" interlocking function that ensures comprehensive operator safety by preventing structural misoperations. The main switch mechanism is natively built with premium vacuum circuit breakers like the ZN28A-10 series (equipped with CT8 spring operating mechanisms or CT17/CT19 spring operating mechanisms). It also dynamically supports ZN28-10, ZN73, VS1, ZN65, VD4, VEP, and other integrated circuit breakers alongside high-current disconnecting switches such as GN22-10 and GN30-10 to fit any network architecture.
Comprehensive Multi-Breaker Compatibility: Natively supports an expansive range of high-performance vacuum circuit breakers (ZN28A, VS1, VD4, VEP) and rotary disconnecting switches (GN30-10) for maximum engineering flexibility.
Perfect "Five-Proof" Safety Interlocks: Heavy-duty built-in mechanical interlocking linkages prevent load-connected switching, live compartment entry, and improper grounding operations to protect field engineers.
