The KYN28A-12 is a premium, high-performance indoor switchgear designed for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 12kV. This "Armoured Move-Open" switchgear is engineered based on advanced domestic and international manufacturing technologies, serving as a superior replacement for older models like KYN1-10 and JYN2-10.
It is widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings for power reception and distribution. Its versatile design supports sophisticated control, protection, and monitoring for single busbar, single busbar segmented, and double busbar systems.
Premium Material Construction: The enclosure is crafted from high-quality aluminum-zinc-deposited (Al-Zn) steel plates, assembled using precise bolt-fastening techniques after multiple precision bending by CNC machines. This ensures high corrosion resistance and exceptional mechanical strength.
Fully Armoured & Safe Partitioning: The interior is divided into several independent compartments, including the VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breaker) room, Busbar room, Cable room, and Instrument room, each protected by metal partitions for maximum operator safety.
Advanced Interlocking System: Features a comprehensive and reliable "Five-Prevention" interlocking mechanism, effectively preventing misoperation and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment during maintenance.
