Low-Loss Design: Core columns are bound with non-inductive glass fiber tape, and the entire exterior surface is coated and bonded with high-grade insulating varnish. By stacking in 1 or 2-piece increments per grade, we significantly reduce no-load loss and operational noise.
Optimized Geometry: Coils feature a layered, semi-oval (oblong) structure. Inter-layer insulation utilizes GS643 reinforced adhesive paper and pre-compressed diamond-pattern thermosetting epoxy resin paper.
Enhanced Cooling: Integrated vertical spacers ensure consistent oil circulation and superior cooling efficiency.
Structural Integrity: During controlled vacuum drying, the epoxy resin melts and bonds the insulation and conductors into a rigid, monolithic unit. This process drastically increases mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance.
Copper Foil Technology: For low-voltage windings using copper foil, the alignment between foil width and high-voltage coil height eliminates the helix angle. This minimizes transverse leakage magnetic fields, reducing axial short-circuit forces to 1/10th – 1/5th of traditional structures.
High-Voltage Precision: HV windings utilize paper-wrapped or enameled copper conductors to maximize space utilization and contact area with the adhesive, further bolstering mechanical durability.
Lightning Protection: The layered winding structure provides high longitudinal capacitance, ensuring a uniform voltage distribution during lightning surges and enhancing overall impulse resistance.
Precision Manufacturing: Constructed from high-rigidity, high-elasticity specialty steel using microcomputer-controlled automated production lines for a compact and aesthetic finish.
