Exceptional Insulation Integrity: Through meticulously designed coil structures and advanced vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) processes, the SG(B)10 transformer operates with zero partial discharge. It remains free from cracking and maintains its insulation levels throughout its entire service life.
Superior Mechanical Strength: The unit utilizes continuous high-voltage windings and low-voltage foil windings. After undergoing comprehensive vacuum impregnation and curing, it is reinforced with high-strength ceramic supports, providing excellent resistance to sudden short-circuit currents.
Advanced Fire Safety: The materials used are non-flammable, flame-retardant, non-toxic, self-extinguishing, and moisture-proof.
Minimal Smoke Emission: Even under high-temperature combustion or open flames, the SG(B)10 transformer produces almost no smoke.
High Temperature Rating: The transformer is built with Class H (180°C) insulation.
Powerful Overload Capability:
Features an ultra-thin and uniform insulation layer, offering extreme short-term overload capacity without the need for forced cooling.
Supports 120% long-term overload and 140% overload for up to 3 hours.
Due to the aging-resistant and elastic nature of the insulation material, the transformer can be started at full load immediately even under extreme ambient temperatures of ±50°C.
