Advanced Core Engineering: Utilizing a full-slope, four-step stacked structure, the core optimizes magnetic flux distribution at the seams. This rectangular core design minimizes the distance between three-phase columns, simultaneously lowering noise levels and reducing the unit's overall external dimensions.
Superior Short-Circuit Resistance: High and low voltage coils feature a rectangular winding structure reinforced with imported glass fiber mesh and tape. The entire assembly is cured through resin penetration, providing exceptional resistance to cracking and sudden short-circuit forces.
Innovative "Airway Bar" Cooling: Our proprietary axial airway technology integrates multiple layers of cooling channels within the heat center. These channels are reinforced with support tendons that maximize heat dissipation efficiency while significantly enhancing the winding's mechanical strength.
